We only take on business planning work where we know the organisation well or have direct experience in the area — for example, we recently created a plan for a community charity shop, having successfully helped establish one ourselves.

A creative, reflective way to explore complex questions, open dialogue and find clarity. The Flow Game works beautifully for teams exploring a shared issue (e.g. “How can we maintain quality during a period of growth?”) or for individuals each bringing their own question.
