LEAP commissioned a business plan for a proposed community charity shop in Lochwinnoch. Having successfully set up the Re_Store charity shop in Oban, we were delighted to bring that experience to this project.
The work included market research, community consultation, development of a robust business plan and financial projections.
DSC produced two short films. One that tells the story of LEAP Together as a whole organisation and one that features testimonials of community members who would support the project. Both films are designed to bolster funding applications and helping funders and the public further understand the impact of LEAP’s work.
Despite tight deadlines, we delivered on time and continued supporting LEAP with follow-up funding submissions.
